Rovnací stroje série RF umožní narovnání a střih tyčí délky až 12 metrů. Jedná se o spolehlivý nástroj vyznačující se jednoduchým použitím, robustností a kvalitou hotového výrobku. Různé verze dovolí nastavit výrobu na základě požadavků spojených s vysokou produktivitou (RF 10 / RF 20 stejná délka) nebo požadavků jednotlivých prvků (RF 10M / RF 20M nastavitelné délky).
RF 10
- Simplicity tailor-made
The RF series straightening machines perform cut-to-length and wire straightening up to 12 meters. Its ‘user friendly’, sturdy design, and the high quality of the finished product, make the RF a reliable tool and ideal for use in harsh environments.
- Flexibility
The RF family is able to process wire from coil with a diameter range of 5 to 20 mm. This outstanding range allows production to be set according to specific needs, such as focusing on high productivity (RF 10 - RF 20 same length) or flexibility per element (RF 10M - RF 20M of variable lengths).
- Long-term reliability
The straightening process is carried out by means of a spinning “rotor” unit, composed of “Widia” parts, well known for their extreme hardness and durability. The rotor is easily adjusted according to the diameter and quality of the raw wire feed, this ensures that finished product is straight and accurate, meeting the customers’ expectations. The rotor action provides two different speeds for the models RF 20 and RF 20M, depending on the different diameters to be processed. The driving of the wires is ensured by two groups of rollers, which are positioned at the ends of the “rotor” that allow positive dragging of the rebar, ensuring constant speed and straightening quality. The RF family allows to vary the feed speed of the rebar as a function of the different diameters to be produced, to gain the best results.
