Estribadoras de bobina
La FOCUS 12, nacida en 2005, ha sido la cabezera de una gama que actualmente ha alcanzado su segunda generación con más de 700 unidades producidas.
Las FOCUS 14 y la FOCUS 16 son la solución ideal en el campo de las máquinas estribadoras automáticas de bobina por flexibilidad, productividad y calidad del producto que se puede obtener.Flexibilidad, productividad y calidad del producto obtenido estan siempre garnatizada.
Las FOCUS en las diferentes versiones puede trabajar en rollos con un diámetro de 4 a 16 mm.
Permiten realizar estribos, barras rectas o doblados con uno o más lados y producir elementos con longitudes máximas de hasta 12 m.
Se garantiza una alta productividad tanto en el caso de la producción en serie (el mismo diámetro con dos hilos hasta 13 mm), así como para el procesamiento de elementos individuales (con un hilo hasta 16 mm).

The combined action of an exclusive series of patented devices minimizes the time for setup adjustments and reduces drastically the amount of discarded products. AN INNOVATIVE SOLUTION
The Advanced Feeding System is a straightening system that eliminates the effect of the wire rotation on its own axis. Therefore, closed stirrups and straight bars can always be produced. The independent control of the traction on two wires, as well as the increased surface of contact with the large infeed wheel, eliminates any difference in length between the two wires. Thanks to this design and to the consequent lower pressure applied on the steel material, the coil ribs are far less deformed by the straightening process. The lifetime of the infeed roller themselves is about 8 times longer than in case of traditional straightening methods.
