Cadreuse automatique à partir de la couronne
La FOCUS 12, créée en 2005, était à l’origine de la gamme qui en est maintenant à sa seconde génération avec plus de 700 unités produites.
Les FOCUS 14 et FOCUS 16 représentent la solution idéale sur le secteur des cadreuses automatiques à partir de la couronne pour leur simplicité d’utilisation et ses performances.
La flexibilité, la productivité et la qualité du produit obtenu sont toujours garanties.
Les différentes versions de la FOCUS, permettent de travailler à partir de la couronne du diamètre 4 à 16 mm.
Elles permettent de créer des cadres, des barres droites ou barres façonnées sur une des deux extrémités jusqu’à une longueur maximale de 12 m.
La productivité élevée est garantie soit dans le cas de productions de grandes séries (avec deux fils jusqu’au Ø 13 mm) soit pour le travail de petites séries (en simple fil jusqu’au Ø 16 mm).

The combined action of an exclusive series of patented devices minimizes the time for setup adjustments and reduces drastically the amount of discarded products. A drive and control system, based on the latest generation technology, grants to reach unparalleled levels of productivity per hour.
AN INNOVATIVE SOLUTION
The Advanced Feeding System is a straightening system that eliminates the effect of the wire rotation on its own axis. Therefore, closed stirrups and straight bars can always be produced. The independent control of the traction on two wires, as well as the increased surface of contact with the large infeed wheel, eliminates any difference in length between the two wires. Thanks to this design and to the consequent lower pressure applied on the steel material, the coil ribs are far less deformed by the straightening process. The lifetime of the infeed roller themselves is about 8 times longer than in case of traditional straightening methods.
