Sales Manager - East European countries (Balkans excluded)
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of the Russian language, knowledge of the English language
Proven experience in sales management activities
Willingness to travel on average at least 2 weeks per month
Ability to interact at all levels of company functions
Experience in the areas mentioned below will be considered a plus
Experience in related sectors will be considered a plus
Main activities:
Areas of expertise: CIS countries, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine
Creation of new commercial networks and development of existing ones
Interface with agents
Reporting:
The position will report to the Sales Director.
Skills and abilities:
Proactivity and listening skills are necessary to interpret customer needs. Ability to work in team building, goal orientation and concreteness complete the profile of the ideal candidate.
