Sales Manager - East European countries (Balkans excluded)
Skills required:
Excellent knowledge of the German language and knowledge of the English language
Experience established in sales management activities
Availability to travel an average of 2 weeks per month
Ability to interact with all business functions
Will constitute preferential qualification the possession of a Bachelor's degree
Will constitute preference qualification the experience in similar working sectors
The resource will have to create a sales network, against a large customer base in areas where there are strong competitors.
Proactivity and the listen capability are necessary to interpret customer needs.
The resource will need to constantly interface with the technical department to best translate customer requirements.
The resource will have the ability to work in a team, goal orientation and concreteness are required to complete the profile of the optimal candidate.
The resource will be included in a structured training and development path within the MEP Business School, with the possibility of growth within a multinational industrial group.
