CORSO ADDETTO AI CONTROLLI NON DISTRUTTIVI VISUAL TEST

Il corso mira a formare la figura dell’addetto ai controlli non distruttivi (CNV) Visual Test (controllo visivo). L’esame visivo è indispensabile quale primo controllo non distruttivo sia delle materie prime destinate alla produzione, che dei prodotti finiti o semilavorati. La formazione è propedeutica all’esame specifico per il rilascio del patentino.

COURSE FOR WELDING COORDINATOR

The course has the aim of educating the Welding Coordinator. This professional figure is crucial for the satisfaction of the formal requirements dictated by the ISO 3834, the EN 1090-1 (CE label for steel and aluminium components) and the Ministerial Decree of January 14th, 2018 (Nuove Norme Tecniche per le Costruzioni). The Welding Coordinator has the following duties: coordinating the production process; planning production; writing a controlling and manufacturing plan; controlling the use of WPSs within production. 

COURSE FOR WELDING OPERATORS

The course is aimed at welding operators, who are going to have all the competencies needed to execute and control factory operations. Education is preparatory, and will allow the attainment of a welding licence, released by a certified body only after having passed a practical examination.

Lean Production and Industry 4.0 in the smart factory

The course is a live webinar characterized by a high degree of interaction between teachers and participants, focuses on the joint application of Lean Production and Industry 4.0 principles and on the methodologies to collect and analyze data to reach the highest production and maintenance performance. Thanks to the virtual Plant Tour of the Bosch VHIT plant, real "Use-Cases i4.0" will be shown on the application of artificial intelligence in the production, logistics and maintenance departments.
