MRV
Mesh Welding Plants from coil
MEP welding mesh plants are designed to produce electro-welded mesh from cold-drawn or hot-rolled wire. High productivity, reliability and structural robustness allow these plants to consistently deliver high volume series production (large batches of constant diameters and pitches). A wide range of modules enables the system to be fully automated, thus completely eliminating manual intervention.

MRV 2
This system produces contemporaneously panels made of electrowelded mesh; its name cames from the Italian acronyms for “Macchina Rete Veloce 2 reti” which indicates a machine able to produce contemporaneously two panels of electrowelded mesh
It is fed by coiled rod, both for longitudinal and cross wires (cross reels may be motorized)
The number of reels, of straightening panels, of compensating loops, insertion devices, etc. allow the production of two panels at the same time
There are two welding units, one above the other one below, both equipped with pneumatic cylinders; there are also two cross positioning devices, two cross shears etc.
The upper welding unit produces a panel with the cross wires welded above the longitudinal ones; the lower welding unit produces a panel with the cross wires welded below the longitudinal ones. In this way the MRV2 produces a compact mesh pack without the installation of a mesh turner, sparing money and space
Once set the various units and inserted the program inputs, the production of a couple of panels of given dimension is fully automatic (i.e. with automatic straightening, positioning, welding, cutting, evacuation and stacking of panels)
This plant is recommended for exceptional high volume productivity: if you need to produce big quantities of panels with the same dimensions, MRV2 is really one of the best plants.
